Return & Exchange Policy?

Return Conditions?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Socks must be in their original condition — unopened, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging included.
For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on socks cannot be returned.

Send your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return.
We’ll respond within 1–3 days to confirm your request and schedule a pickup with the shipping company.
Return Fees?
If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, Volo will cover all shipping costs.
If the reason is a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Exchange & Refund?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You can return the item and place a new order.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date the item is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued after we contact you to confirm the payment method.
Important Notes:
Returns will not be accepted without prior coordination with customer service.
Socks are considered personal items; therefore, no returns are accepted for any opened products, in order to protect everyone’s health and safety.
